TITLE: | Urban Food Quality, Safety Risk Assessment and Early Warning Based on Statistical Models |
Abstract
For food safety issues, based on urban food sampling and testing data, we propose an early warning model coupled with a risk assessment strategy for studying urban food quality and safety. The model is useful to detect the main controlling factors of food safety incidents and the key links that identify sources of pollution and contamination affected area. Our work can be used for real-time Quantitative Risk analysis and early warning of food quality and safety.
