The 16th Annual Binghamton University Graduate Combinatorics, Algebra, and Topology Conference (BUGCAT) is to be held in person, November 11-12, 2023.

This year's featured keynotes are Profs. Teena Gerhardt from Michigan State University, Karl Lorenson from Penn State Altoona, and Isabel Vogt from Brown University.
