The midterm and the final exam are common for all sections and are scheduled as follows:
The final will cover Chapters 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7. Here is the list with the topics. You will be seated by section (alphabetically within each). The exams will be labeled with your name. You must have ID and have it out until it is checked.
There will be no make-up for the final except for extraordinary circumstances. Failure to take the final will result in a grade of F being recorded for the course. If you are eligible for a make-up final and want to opt for it you must give us a WRITTEN NOTE by Tuesday's 12/9 class. This cannot be rescinded. If you opt for the make-up there will not be an exam for you on Tuesday December 16. The make-up will be on Friday December 19 at 8:00 (Place TBA). The make-up will be different from the final. If we do not receive the written note from you by Tuesday's 12/9 class it will be assumed that you will take the final on Tuesday December 16.
