Some summer/winter math courses have in-person final exams. If you will not be in Binghamton at the time of your final exam, you may request permission to take the exam near your home with an approved proctor.
This option is for students enrolled in a summer/winter math course with an in-person final exam who are unable to be in Binghamton for the scheduled final exam.
The proctor form must be submitted at least two weeks before the start of the course. Late requests cannot be approved.
If the form is not submitted by the deadline, you will be required to take the final exam in person at Binghamton University or drop the course.
Please upload the completed proctor form using this Google Form:

Please do not email the form directly.
Your proctor should be someone in a professional academic or testing setting, such as a school, college, library, or testing center. Family members and friends may not serve as proctors. If you need help finding a proctor, try the website Proctor Network.
